Stephen offers a range of spc software products to fit the needs of
almost any client. SPC software packages range from inexpensive, single
user packages like SPC Quickie to plant and enterprise-wide solutions
like SPC DataLyzer® Spectrum. Migrating from one application to another
is made easy, all Stephen product databases are compatible or
convertible up and down the product line.
Job-Focused SPC Software Modules
From the beginning it was clear that one SPC package would not properly
fit all requirements in a plant. Robust products suited for Quality
Engineering would be too complex for plant floor use and quality system
administrators would need different facilities beyond those of data
entry personnel. More over, reliability and minimizing IT support was
always a priority. The DataLyzer® system was introduced to address these
concerns and more. Each DataLyzer® module is designed to perform tasks
required at a specific level or location in a manufacturing or assembly
organization. Modules can be installed to simply and flexibly match any
organization’s requirements for data collection, quality engineering and
real-time, system-wide administration and monitoring. Other than network
and database infrastructure, no additional third party software modules
must to be purchased.

Scalable Architecture
The DataLyzer® Spectrum system is scalable. The stand-alone forms the
foundation of the system. It can create charts, input data, and print
reports. The administrative HUB can be added to distribute and monitor
charts. With the HUB to support them, Satellite data collection modules
can be added individually or in groups. Beyond that, read-only Executive
licenses can also be added to provide additional portals to view
system-wide status and printing capabilities. Add stations to your
network individually or in specially priced 8 station bundles.
On-site Training
Reliable Measuring Systems representatives are available for
on-site implementation and training assistance. They strive to achieve
the highest level of installed effectiveness. By understanding the
client’s requirements related to existing quality procedures and control
plans, manufacturing processes, data collection processes and
requirements handed down from their customers, Reliable Measuring
Systems installers work to optimize the installation by tailoring
implementation to the users’ needs. Personalized training emphasizes a
clear, systematic structure reinforced by specific instruction in using
DataLyzer® features which best apply to the client’s situation.

Support
Each Stephen package includes full technical support via phone, fax, or
e-mail. Support can be extended on an annual basis, as desired. Each
Stephen application is fully documented with step by step instructions
and detailed feature descriptions. They also contain an extensive Help
system which is fully searchable by key words. On-site training and
implementation services are also available to stream-line a successful
system launch. Reliable Measuring Systems and Stephen customers
can also access a state of the art knowledgebase on the web which offers
hundreds of additional documents for addressing application specific
situations and software features. Stephen software engineers are also
available when necessary to assure timely solutions.
