OD Series Bore Gage

The OD Series indicating bore gages are used for repetitive bore measurement applications or dedicated high volume production runs.

This rugged and dependable bore gage was designed with the operator in mind. Fast and easy to use without operator error.

Automatic Centering and No Operator Error

Achieving the highest repeatability and accuracy, the centering sleeve is made approximately .001" below the low limit of the minimum bore tolerance. Carbide ball contact points in the centering sleeve, along with the free floating movement permits a high measuring accuracy.

The spring loaded contact pressure with automatic centering and non tipping means no operator error when measuring bores.

Two Point Contact Measuring

Rotating or sliding the bore gage up and down in the bore, deviations such as Ovality, Barrel shape, Taper , Hourglass or Bell mouth can be detected.

Maximum Measuring Accuracy:

Linear: +/- 0.000040"/ +/- 0.001mm

Repeatability: < 0.000040"/ +/- 0.001mm

ODC Series Single and Twin Cross Type Bore Gage

The 2 point carbide ball contact ODC Series is designed to measure large bore diameters accurately and repeatably. It will replace shallow and large diameter tipping type bore gages

OS Series Split Probe Gage

The Split probe OS Series is a self centering, high repeat accuracy gage, designed for small bores from diameter .0374 - .811" / 0.95 -  20.6mm.

Available in complete standard sets, or as individual components, non standard length and ranges

All parts subject to wear are hardened chrome plated (RC 65-68)
